I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, comparable to luxury hotels, but the choice of bed size and room type was a bit limited. The service was generally good, with some helpful staff members. The location was convenient, especially for accessing nearby medical facilities, but the ambiance downstairs was not the best. The dining experience had its ups and downs, and the facility offerings were good overall.

The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable with fresh supplies of bottled water and bathroom essentials. However, our non-smoking room had a very strong cigarette smell, so we requested a change. The staff promptly moved us to another room, but it also had a lingering cigarette odor. The beds were cozy, though the transition to a smoking room was unwanted.
